Francesco Meneghello is a 27-year-old Italian designer native of Bassano del Grappa, a small city in the North-East of Italy. His educational background in Industrial Design and passion for modern art has enabled him to create beautiful and innovative designs which have earned him international recognition. He began his career at Mikal Harrsen, working for MA/U Studio, one of the most progressive Danish brands. Later, he launched his first award-winning collection, Abisso, for Atelier12, an Italian brand for bathroom furniture. Francesco’s design philosophy is to create products that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. He does this by combining a methodical and rigorous approach with a romantic and imaginative attitude. This has enabled him to produce designs that are both creative and meaningful. In 2016, he founded WE DON’T DESIGN, a new design studio with the aim of proposing alternative and original solutions. As Creative Director of Atelier12 and a designer for many Italian and European brands, his work has been widely praised and has earned him numerous accolades.
