YaBloom Packaging is an innovative beverage packaging design that revolutionizes the concept of infused water consumption through its thoughtful design approach and visual storytelling. Created by Greek designer Antonia Skaraki in collaboration with Art Director Andreas Deskas and Graphic Designer Alexandros Tsakiris, this resealable doypack packaging system transforms the routine act of water drinking into an engaging sensory experience. The design, measuring 150mm in height and 90mm in width, employs a combination of craft paper and plastic film materials, featuring bright colors and fluid-like forms that effectively communicate the essence of flavor infusion and refreshment. The name YaBloom derives from the sound of diving underwater, combining the English word splash with the Greek word bloom, creating a meaningful connection between the product's identity and its purpose. The packaging's visual identity incorporates liquid elements with vibrant colors that mirror the natural diffusion of fruit essences in water, while simultaneously conveying notions of wellness and youthfulness throughout its composition. The resealable design serves a practical purpose, allowing for optimal preservation of both the aroma and nutritional values of the fruit after initial opening. This Silver A' Design Award-winning design, recognized in the Packaging Design category, demonstrates exceptional innovation in transforming a simple concept into a compelling visual and functional solution that enhances the user experience of infused water consumption.
