Apple Bear Park Commercial Space Design is an innovative early education center interior design project that exemplifies excellence in creating child-centric learning environments. Located in the Hexi District of Nanjing, Jiangsu province, this 398-square-meter space was meticulously crafted by Triostudio to foster cognitive development and learning interest among preschoolers. The design philosophy centers on creating an unconstrained environment through soft, comfortable aesthetics and thoughtful spatial organization. The interior features a sophisticated color palette of burlywood, apple green, and white, complemented by environmental-friendly materials with gentle textures. A distinctive circular bookcase, constructed with Corian exterior and metal framework, serves as the centerpiece of the design, while translucent resin back panels facilitate optimal light diffusion. The space incorporates innovative elements such as round connecting holes and wood-colored curves at the entrance, evoking a forest-like atmosphere that stimulates children's imagination. The layout seamlessly integrates public and private spaces, featuring French windows with frosted glass films at child-appropriate heights, enabling non-intrusive observation by educators and parents. The project, completed between February 2021 and March 2022, garnered recognition with a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its outstanding contribution to educational space design. The design successfully balances psychological security, aesthetic appeal, and practical functionality, creating an environment that promotes both structured learning and free exploration.
