Chinlink Office Workplace

Chinlink Office Workplace is an innovative interior design project that exemplifies the harmonious integration of business, finance, and leisure functions within a contemporary office environment. Located across multiple floors (18F to 20F for office areas and 23F to 25F for boardrooms) of the International Center, this sophisticated workplace design showcases a masterful blend of simplistic yet significant aesthetic elements through the creative use of geometric patterns composed of dots, lines, and planes. The design, which earned the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates exceptional spatial planning through its strategic use of different carpet styles to delineate functional areas while maintaining design flexibility. The project, completed in September 2019, spans an impressive 42,050 square meters and overcomes significant architectural challenges through innovative solutions, such as comprehensive pipe arrangements and strategic lighting placement. A distinguishing feature of the design is its thoughtful integration of Chinese and Western elements, creating an inclusive atmosphere that caters to modern workplace requirements. The space is characterized by its progressive color scheme and geometric block divisions that serve both aesthetic and functional purposes, guiding movement through the space while creating distinct zones for various activities. The design team, led by Dang Ming, successfully addressed practical challenges such as limited floor height by implementing creative solutions that transformed potential constraints into design features, ultimately delivering a workspace that balances functionality with aesthetic sophistication. The project exemplifies contemporary workplace design through its modular approach to materials, efficient construction methodology, and integration of advanced measurement techniques, resulting in a space that promotes both productivity and well-being.
