The space is distinguished by its dramatic theatrical elements, including custom-designed gold-plated khaki stainless steel façade that symbolizes regeneration, complemented by expansive glazing that creates an inviting transparency. The interior architecture spans two levels, featuring a strategically reconfigured U-shaped staircase that maximizes retail zones while accommodating private VIP areas on the upper floor. A significant design element includes the innovative '15plus1' research installation, comprising sixteen 3D-printed mannequin displays arranged in rotating circular features along the walls, bridging both floors.
