Completed in 2019 in Zhuzhou, China, this innovative structure spans 62,334 square meters, including 39,976 square meters of office space and 7,000 square meters of commercial area, set within a 15,822.85-square-meter land parcel. The design features six distinct floating islands arranged around a central activity square, creating a harmonious blend of form and function while incorporating cutting-edge passive energy-saving technologies. The building's revolutionary approach to sustainability achieves remarkable efficiency, consuming only one-sixth to one-tenth of the energy typically required by comparable structures, accomplished through the implementation of advanced insulation systems, renewable energy sources, and natural climate control methods. The architectural composition emphasizes the integration of urban green spaces, featuring a double-first floor design that responds thoughtfully to the site's topographic elevation, while the building's facade employs flexible, simple lines that challenge traditional municipal building aesthetics.
