The design draws inspiration from Dongguan's meandering waterways, translating this natural fluidity into an architectural language of continuous, intertwining curves that spiral upward to create a dynamic visual experience. The building's most notable feature is its highly efficient spiral ramp structure, which employs a sloping floor parking design that increases parking capacity by approximately 30% compared to conventional layouts. The facade, crafted from Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GRC), creates a continuous white ribbon effect that undulates and spirals upward, seamlessly integrating with the building's functional elements. The structure incorporates sophisticated circulation systems that separate pedestrian and vehicular traffic, while a central atrium facilitates natural ventilation and enhances the visual experience for users.
