This Gold A' Design Award-winning project, completed in 2020, encompasses 11,390 square meters of thoughtfully crafted space that transforms a challenging narrow site into an immersive journey through a sculptural canyon-inspired landscape. The design philosophy centers on the concept of nine sections of memory landscape, creating a sequential narrative of spatial experiences that unfolds through carefully orchestrated turning spaces and pure white architectural elements. The project's distinctive approach employs smooth curves and white concrete structures to mitigate spatial constraints while establishing a profound dialogue with its natural surroundings. Drawing inspiration from the local geographical attributes of Xinmi City, including its mountains, curved roads, and terraced landscapes, the design incorporates these elements into a sophisticated interpretation of traditional Chinese landscape principles merged with contemporary aesthetic sensibilities. The demonstration area features a sculptural spirit deer at its entrance, leading visitors through an expertly choreographed sequence of spaces that transition from canyon-like corridors to terraced fields, effectively screening peripheral distractions while creating a contemplative environment that celebrates the intersection of artificial and natural landscapes.
