The design concept draws profound inspiration from the rhythmic patterns of the sea, incorporating the fluid movements of waves and coastal breezes into its architectural vocabulary. The exterior facade features organic, curved silhouettes that create a sense of continuous movement, while the interior renovation encompasses seven exhibition rooms designed to facilitate international conventions and corporate events. The project's development utilized advanced technological approaches, including drone-based photogrammetry for precise physical measurements and Virtual Fluid Dynamics Simulation to optimize the structure's resilience against hurricane conditions. The architectural team employed innovative digital experimentation techniques, utilizing low-density polygonal modeling with mesh smooth modifiers to achieve the organic forms, which were subsequently refined through Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology and digital manufacturing processes.
