Located in Jianshui County, Yunnan Province, this Bronze A' Design Award-winning project encompasses a planned area of 54,450 square meters with a construction area of 44,649 square meters, deliberately preserving and utilizing the natural topography of its site. The design, conceived by architect Hang Chen, draws profound inspiration from the region's purple pottery industrial heritage, incorporating abstracted elements of traditional dragon kilns and folk pottery production facilities into its modern architectural vocabulary. The development features a sophisticated staggered layout that follows the existing terrain, employing advanced technical measures such as raft foundation and digital parametric design to achieve a seamless integration with the landscape. This cultural and creative block serves multiple functions, including cultural exhibitions, art workshops, and specialty dining, while maintaining a floor area ratio of 0.82.
