Created by Japanese designer Katsumi Tamura with team members Takahiro Sugawara and Toshiyuki Nagamatsu, this sophisticated design comprises six square calendar pieces and twelve joint pieces in circular and triangular shapes, enabling users to construct various configurations according to their creative inclinations. The calendar, which garnered the prestigious Platinum A' Design Award in the Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design category, exemplifies the intersection of functionality and playful interaction in contemporary design. Manufactured using advanced printing and production technologies in Japan, the calendar features high-quality pure white cardboard with minimized fastening points to maintain design excellence. The package, measuring 260×105×10mm, contains modular pieces that can be assembled into diverse forms such as waterwheels, vehicles, or original compositions, transforming the conventional calendar into an engaging spatial object.
