Ayaz Villa is an architecturally significant residential structure located near the jungle outside Mazandaran Province, Iran, exemplifying a harmonious fusion of traditional local architecture and contemporary design principles. Designed by architects Yaser and Yasin Rashid Shomali, this three-level villa occupies 400 square meters on a 300 square meter plot, featuring distinctive sloping roofs that extend near ground level, paying homage to regional architectural heritage while adding structural integrity and visual uniqueness. The villa's sophisticated design incorporates four master bedrooms, including one with a private balcony, and a spacious top-floor terrace that maximizes outdoor living opportunities. The structure employs a robust steel framework complemented by a standing seam roof system, ensuring durability and weather resistance, while extensive wood elements throughout the interior create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Large glass windows serve dual purposes of providing panoramic views and facilitating seamless indoor-outdoor connectivity. The villa's innovative two-zone seating area, distributed across two levels, optimizes spatial utilization while enhancing social interaction possibilities. This architectural masterpiece, which began construction in July 2023, demonstrates exceptional integration of cutting-edge technology, superior craftsmanship, and sustainable design principles, earning recognition with an Iron A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building and Structure Design category for its outstanding contribution to residential architecture.
