The design, created by Li Liu and Yanyan Zhang, draws inspiration from Lao Tzu's Book of Tao and Teh, particularly emphasizing the concept that authentic architecture should feature thoughtfully excavated doors and windows within walls. The space employs a pure natural color system and features premium materials including white water-based art paint, oak flooring, and white paint-dried steel plates.
