The calendar's groundbreaking approach transforms conventional time-tracking into an interactive experience, utilizing the visual language of Sic bo gambling elements to highlight year-round holidays and strategic leave planning opportunities. Developed through extensive research and multiple iterations, the design successfully balances modern aesthetic principles with traditional gambling motifs, resulting in a piece that functions both as a practical planning tool and an attractive poster.
