ChingJia T-Power Citizen Plaza Public Space

ChingJia T-Power Citizen Plaza Public Space is an innovative commercial office building public space design that redefines traditional workplace environments through its sophisticated architectural elements and multifunctional spaces. Located in Taichung City, Taiwan, this 1,459-square-meter development represents a paradigm shift in contemporary office design, seamlessly integrating professional and leisure facilities to address the evolving needs of modern workforce. The space features a striking main lobby characterized by dynamic irregular spatial lines, where white striped stone walls form smooth curves that interact with titanium mirror ceiling boards to create an immersive visual experience. The futuristic elevator halls, enhanced by white materials, white lighting, and mirror-shaped metal elements, evoke a science fiction aesthetic that continues throughout the building. The facility incorporates dedicated large, medium, and small meeting rooms alongside a business center, while innovative amenities such as a lounge bar and golf driving range cater to diverse business networking needs. The design's humanitarian approach is evident in its inclusion of specialized spaces such as massage rooms for stress relief and nursing rooms for new mothers, demonstrating a thoughtful consideration for user well-being. The public conference areas feature aviation aluminum wall treatments and red paint glass elements in gallery spaces, creating an energetic and contemporary atmosphere. This Silver A' Design Award-winning project in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category exemplifies the evolution of workplace design, successfully balancing aesthetic sophistication with practical functionality while promoting a more holistic approach to professional environments.
