Arm Offices in Israel Office Space is an innovative interior design project completed in 2018, encompassing 6,000 square meters of office space across four floors in Israel's high-tech center in Raanana. This comprehensive workplace design, created by interior designer Hadas Makov and team, represents a sophisticated approach to modern office architecture that prioritizes employee wellbeing and collaborative functionality. The design concept revolves around creating a 'home away from home' atmosphere while transitioning from a rural setting to an urban environment, featuring distinctive 'neighborhood' workspaces that balance openness with privacy through innovative partition solutions. The space incorporates several noteworthy design elements, including custom-designed partitions with bent wood elements serving multiple functions such as plant containers, decorative shelving, and integrated dry-erase boards. Acoustic panels in various colors were strategically implemented to manage sound levels, while electrical height-adjustable tables were installed to promote ergonomic comfort. The layout includes dedicated areas for various work modes, including scrum corners for standing meetings, casual seating areas in triangular building edges, and a communal floor for social gatherings and events. The project, which won an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates exceptional space utilization through its incorporation of meeting rooms, phone booths, kitchenettes, and informal collaboration zones on each floor. The design successfully addresses the challenge of transitioning from enclosed offices to an open-plan environment while maintaining team cohesion and workplace efficiency through thoughtful space planning and innovative architectural solutions.
