All-Around Inspired College Kindergarten is an innovative educational facility design that exemplifies the integration of European architectural aesthetics with child-centered learning environments, recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category. This 469-square-meter educational space, designed by Alex Chiang and team, represents a sophisticated approach to early childhood education through its thoughtful architectural implementation of eight characteristic experiential courses. The design philosophy centers on the concept of interest-driven growth, incorporating an abstract book motif in its external appearance to symbolize knowledge accumulation and curriculum internationalization. The interior features an elegant preppy style that harmoniously combines educational functionality with aesthetic appeal, utilizing E0 environmental protection materials and maintaining fire safety ratings above B1. The space planning demonstrates particular ingenuity in its arc-shaped dimensional recreation area, which creates a natural separation between performance and viewing zones, enabling multi-functional use in dense urban settings. The facility incorporates humanized design principles focusing on ergonomics and psychological care for children, comprehensive safety measures including health and epidemic prevention protocols, and heuristic design elements that actively support the core concept that environment is teaching. Notable design features include a distinctive classroom space and book wall that serve both practical and promotional purposes, while the integration of electromechanical and structural equipment demonstrates technical excellence in execution. The project, completed between March and May 2020 in Guangzhou, China, successfully overcomes the challenges of single-sided daylighting and the integration of children's sanitary facilities within an office building setting, creating an environment that promotes educational excellence and childhood development.
