Fabio Bonzi

Fabio Bonzi is an Italian artist who was born in 1959 in Turin. He is renowned for his use of a variety of media, including painting, sculpture, video, photography, and performance art. He creates works that explore themes of identity, technology, and the environment, blending traditional and contemporary ideas. Among his most iconic pieces are Le Creazioni (1987), a multimedia installation incorporating everyday objects and computer-generated images, and L'Uomo e la Natura (1991), a series of photographs featuring the human body interacting with nature. Bonzi has also participated in group exhibitions such as the Venice Biennale, the Venice Film Festival, and the Biennale Internazionale di Scultura. His work is held in numerous public and private collections, including the Guggenheim Museum, MoMA, and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection.
