Achim Duchow

Achim Duchow is a German artist who has been taking part in the art world for decades. He is chiefly known for his portraits and his tall, slim figures which have been described as graceful and elegant. The use of color in his work is remarkable, and his use of light is often described as striking. His painting, The Goldfish was acquired by the National Art Gallery of Germany and remains one of his most famous works. His portraits of famous figures like the composer Bach are also known and admired among art admirers.
