Ann Craven

Ann Craven is an American visual artist known for her vibrant, abstract oil paintings of landscapes, birds, and flowers. Her works often employ vibrant yet subtle brushstrokes, evoking a sense of atmosphere and capturing the natural beauty of sight. Craven was born in Knoxville, Tennessee and studied at the University of Tennessee, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1992. She went on to earn a Master of Fine Arts from the Rhode Island School of Design in 1999. Her most important works include 'Birds & Berries' (2014), 'Mountain Lake' (2016), 'Moonrise' (2017), and 'Sunflowers' (2019).
