Aage Helbig Hansen is a renowned Danish artist known for his expressionist oil paintings and many works of literature. He was born in 1929 in the city of Aarhus and attended the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts. His most famous works include The Hope (1963), The Rose Garden (1969) and Red Horizon (1981). He also penned many poems and short stories on the same themes. He has exhibited in multiple countries and won several prestigious awards for his artwork.
