Alberto Sani is one of the world’s most influential Italian Artists of the 20th century. He was born in Rome in 1947 and it was there that he studied art and design. He is best known for his vibrant oil and canvas paintings, which often feature landscapes, portraits and abstract expressionism. In the 1990s and beyond, he began to experiment with sculpture and installation art, creating works that are now housed in several museums and galleries. Works such as The Giant of the White Mountain, Sea of Stories, The Mystery and The Chess Table have become iconic symbols of Sani’s skilled artistic technique. Sani continues to offer art courses and workshops to the public and is an inspiration to the global art community.
