These works of art and architecture are some of the most impressive and intricate designs in the world, and can still be seen in present day Middle East, Turkey and Iran. Many of the styles and designs of this period were adopted and adapted by other cultures, and some of the features still seen in modern architecture.One of the most prominent features of Ancient Near East Art and Architecture was the use of reliefs and sculptures. Reliefs and sculptures commonly took the form of gods and goddesses, animals, and people, and were often highly detailed and intricately designed. Additionally, this period was marked by the use of decorated palaces, temples, and monuments, often with intricate decorations, columns, and domes. Colorful mosaics and tilework adorned many of these structures, adding to the aesthetic appeal of the architecture.
