Zhongxin International City Interior Design is an innovative residential interior design project completed in Jinan, China, that exemplifies contemporary spatial optimization and aesthetic refinement for a family of three. The 170-square-meter space demonstrates a sophisticated approach to modern living through its innovative door-free design concept and integrated public areas, creating an enhanced sense of transparency and efficient circulation throughout the residence. The design's foundational aesthetic employs a striking black and white color scheme, strategically complemented by high-saturation accent colors to maintain visual interest while preserving spatial harmony. The project, which garnered a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, showcases exceptional material selection, incorporating natural marble, slate, CIMIC tiles, and Japanese oak to achieve a luxurious yet understated ambiance. The design successfully overcame significant architectural constraints by transforming an originally rigid, square layout into a fluid living space through innovative solutions such as strategic cupboard placement and uniform gray marble veneering. Drawing inspiration from traditional Chinese garden aesthetics while embracing modern design principles, the project demonstrates remarkable attention to storage optimization and circulation efficiency, effectively balancing minimalist aesthetics with practical functionality. The interior's material palette includes premium elements such as saddle leather, 18K gold-plated stainless steel, and imported Pandora luxury stone, elevating the overall design quality while maintaining a cohesive visual narrative.
