This 1,800-square-meter sales office, completed in March 2019, represents a sophisticated blend of contemporary design principles and functional spatial planning. The project's design philosophy emphasizes the seamless fusion of material, technology, and space, achieved through the strategic implementation of metal plates, textured paint, and marble elements that create striking visual contrasts while maintaining aesthetic unity. The interior space features thoughtfully designed areas including a water bar, VIP reception rooms, and children's activity zones, all conceived to enhance visitor experience through a careful balance of form and function. The design's distinctive characteristics include the incorporation of arc and fold line modeling in furniture and ornamental elements, creating a rhythmic spatial flow that reinforces the project's modern technological aesthetic. Through its innovative approach to spatial organization and material selection, the project successfully bridges the gap between Shanghai's position as an international economic hub and Qingpu District's rich historical context. The design earned recognition with a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its excellence in spatial innovation and design execution.
