Zhenzhi Immupeutics Medicine Office Space is an innovative interior design project that exemplifies the intersection of biomedical technology and architectural aesthetics, completed in November 2021 in Beijing. The 1,600-square-meter office space is distinguished by its signature Time Tunnel concept, which creates a transformative journey from the lobby to the main office areas, symbolizing the transition from present to future. The design masterfully integrates contrasting materials, combining cold brushed stainless steel with warm wood elements to reflect the dual nature of technological advancement and humanistic care. The entrance features a sophisticated curtain wall construction that introduces natural light through carefully positioned black stone flooring and matte metal surfaces, creating an immersive experience that transcends conventional office design. The space utilizes white sintered stone in the lobby area, establishing a clean, contemporary foundation that flows into the more dramatic tunnel section characterized by brushed stainless steel walls and black marble flooring. This thoughtful material selection and spatial arrangement earned the project a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, recognizing its excellence in innovative space utilization and material integration. The design successfully addresses the unique requirements of a biomedical research environment while maintaining a strong aesthetic identity that communicates the forward-thinking nature of medical innovation through architectural expression.
