Zhangtai Haitang Bay Sales Center is an innovative architectural and interior design project located in Beihai, Guangxi, that redefines the conventional concept of real estate sales centers through its harmonious integration with natural surroundings and artistic expression. Completed in 2019, this 2,206-square-meter facility seamlessly merges architectural elements with the coastal landscape, featuring a distinctive ascending structure that symbolically represents the theme Bright Moon Rising Above the Sea. The design, created by Tao Huang and Zhihong Li, employs a sophisticated white aesthetic scheme that extends through the space, complemented by fluid curves and spiral staircases that create an ethereal atmosphere. The interior design deliberately departs from traditional commercial presentations, instead offering a vivid, situational, and artistic environment that bridges the connection between space, nature, and human experience. Multiple interspersed curves achieve natural transitions through varied building materials, effectively dissolving the boundary between architecture and interior space. The facility's design demonstrates exceptional versatility, initially serving as a sales center while being adaptable for future use as a community clubhouse. This forward-thinking approach to spatial organization earned the project a Golden A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, recognizing its innovative approach to commercial space design. The project's significance lies in its successful integration of ecological sea views and its expressive curved ramp that complements the Silver Beach shoreline, creating a landmark structure that enhances the coastal landscape while fulfilling its commercial objectives.
