ZHONGJING FINANCIAL CENTER Office is an exemplary modern workspace design project located in Shenzhen High-Tech Industrial Park, encompassing 2,800 square meters across the 24th and 25th floors, recognized with a Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category. This sophisticated office environment masterfully balances functionality with aesthetic refinement, employing a minimalist design philosophy that emphasizes simplicity, elegance, and tranquility in the midst of a dynamic financial district. The design's distinctive features include vertical wooden grilles that cast subtle shadows, incorporating elements of Chinese architectural tradition, while brass accents and strategic lighting solutions enhance the space's warmth and sophistication. The interior architecture makes innovative use of the building's structural elements, including partial raised spaces and two-sided sloped roof, creating an harmonious flow throughout the floor plan.
