Located in Taipei and completed in December 2022, this 251-square-meter establishment masterfully combines classical architectural elements with contemporary minimalist interpretations, creating a unique dining environment that pays homage to European opera house aesthetics. The space is characterized by its meticulous attention to structural symmetry, featuring winding pathways, curved walls, arched doorways, and dramatic high ceilings complemented by theatrical red curtains. The interior's innovative layout incorporates theater-style seating with private booths flanking an open central area, striking a delicate balance between privacy and spaciousness. The restaurant's technical sophistication is evident in its advanced ventilation system, which employs downdraft vents concealed beneath raised flooring instead of conventional range hoods, ensuring a smoke-free, odorless dining environment. The design, created by Ru Yu Wu, showcases exceptional material selection, including decorative HPL with marble effects, refined molding work, and premium woodwork finished with eco-friendly water-based paints.
