Xianyang Bund I Model House is a distinguished residential interior design project completed in 2019, exemplifying modern minimalist aesthetics and innovative spatial planning in luxury riverside living. Located in Xianyang City, this 240-square-meter residence masterfully integrates interior spaces with spectacular river views through strategically placed floor-to-ceiling windows and thoughtfully designed open-plan layouts. The design, created by Na Li and Nuoyi Dai, features a sophisticated architectural approach that employs horizontal and vertical deconstructive techniques to define distinct areas while maintaining spatial fluidity. The interior scheme utilizes premium materials including jazz white marble, clouds of gray marble, straight grain white oak veneer, off-white lacquered panels, and rose gold stainless steel, creating an elegant and cohesive aesthetic environment. A notable feature is the innovative sky courtyard concept, which establishes north-south oriented front and rear courtyards, enhancing natural light penetration and creating a harmonious indoor-outdoor connection. The project's sophisticated design approach earned recognition with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its excellence in spatial planning and material selection. The residence's layout is characterized by an unobstructed flow from the entrance through to the living spaces, with the strategic placement of white blinds instead of traditional curtains contributing to the space's bright, minimalist atmosphere. The wooden fence ceiling in the courtyard, complemented by carefully curated greenery on marble steps, creates a natural, tranquil environment that exemplifies the successful integration of aesthetic refinement with functional living spaces.
