Neverland Club

Neverland Club is an award-winning architectural and interior design masterpiece situated in Kunming, China, exemplifying the harmonious integration of built environment with natural surroundings. This 3,000-square-meter establishment, completed in January 2021, represents a sophisticated approach to commercial space design through its innovative use of blank processing methodology, creating multiple interactive relationships between various design elements. The project's distinctive feature lies in its strategic positioning on a hillside forest, where it appears as a flowing blue crystal within the landscape, offering panoramic views of Fuxian Lake. The design philosophy emphasizes the seamless connection between interior and exterior spaces, achieved through precise architectural gaps that facilitate vertical and horizontal spatial fusion. The material palette comprises light-colored artificial stone, wood veneer, textured paint, chiseled stone, metal wood grille, and brass, all carefully selected to complement the natural setting. The project's exceptional merit in interior space design was recognized with a Silver A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its innovative approach to spatial organization and environmental integration. The design's most notable achievement is its sophisticated utilization of Kunming's abundant natural sunlight, creating dynamic light and shadow interactions throughout the space. The project demonstrates remarkable attention to site-specific considerations, incorporating the local climate and topography into its design solutions while maintaining functional efficiency and aesthetic excellence.
