Lighting in the Waves Apartment House is an innovative interior architectural design project completed in 2018 in Tainan City, Taiwan, that masterfully integrates natural light with sophisticated spatial design elements. The project, which earned the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in Interior Space and Exhibition Design category, encompasses a 430-square-meter high-rise apartment space distinguished by its remarkable wave-shaped ceiling design. The thirteen-meter-long undulating ceiling structure ingeniously incorporates structural beams while harmonizing with natural light patterns, creating a dynamic interplay between form and illumination. The design philosophy emphasizes the integration of an extended family's spatial requirements with tranquil, flowing aesthetics.
