iLiv@Grange Medium Rise Residential is a distinguished 16-story residential tower located in the prestigious Grange Road area of Singapore, exemplifying innovative architectural design through its unique interpretation of organic forms and functional living spaces. The structure's distinctive design features two intersecting elliptical towers that create a compelling visual narrative, drawing inspiration from both the female form reminiscent of Matisse's 'Blue Nude' and symbolic elements significant in Chinese culture, such as the number eight and the infinity symbol. The building's exterior is characterized by its highly sensual and curvilinear form, complemented by expressed curved ribs that guide the eye upward to a gracefully folding roofline, while horizontal brown louvres provide both privacy and sun protection while unifying the facade's aesthetic. The residential complex offers a range of living spaces, from studios to three-bedroom apartments spanning approximately 102 to 279 square meters, with two exclusive double-height penthouses of 306 and 325 square meters, each featuring spectacular curved pools. The design emphasizes sustainable tropical living through various architectural elements, including energy-efficient glazing, naturally ventilated common areas, and extensive sun protection through horizontal louvres and setback terraces. The building's first three stories feature dynamic cantilevering extending up to six meters, creating an impressive porte cochère while providing residents with carefully curated views that evoke the sensation of living among trees.
