The design's most distinctive feature is its cantilevered terrace balcony, which appears to float above the ground, offering panoramic views of the city and Hyuga sea while adhering to strict regulatory requirements. The building's exterior is characterized by its minimalist white facade with gray accents, complemented by thoughtful landscaping including a strategically placed tree facing the roadside. The interior layout prioritizes natural light and ventilation, with carefully positioned openings and a skylight in the living room enhancing spatial openness.
