The structure features a sophisticated mechanical system where vehicles passing over road-embedded sensors trigger a transformative movement through a system of gear wheels and cables, creating an ever-changing visual display reminiscent of a flying bird. The design employs prestressed structural elements combined with fabric structures and steel cables, enabling the fluid movement of its components.
