The design philosophy centers on creating a harmonious work environment bathed in natural sunlight, achieved through recessive layout definition and open circulation patterns. The project, completed in 2022, addresses multiple architectural challenges, including the rehabilitation of an old structure with water damage, while implementing sophisticated solutions for modern workplace needs. The design incorporates height variations in the ceiling to create distinct functional zones and cleverly conceals utility systems, while an elevated floor design helps delineate reception and conference areas from other spaces. Notable features include the strategic placement of storage areas along walls, hidden bathroom entrances, and the extensive use of non-toxic, environmentally friendly materials such as wood and stone, creating a contrast between modern comfort and natural aesthetics. The space's design excellence was recognized with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, acknowledging its innovative approach to workplace design and its successful integration of healthy design principles.
