Arte Et Stile De Vita A Bedroom Suite is an award-winning luxury bedroom design that exemplifies a sophisticated fusion of cubism and surrealism in interior architecture. Created by Indian architect and interior designer Amee Vora, this 700-square-foot masterpiece showcases a dramatic interplay of geometric patterns, materials, and spatial elements. The suite's distinctive design features a complex tumbling block pattern executed in black Belgium, Greek thassos, and Tiger's eye stones, which extends from the floor to the ceiling in a mirror-image configuration, creating an immersive optical illusion. The space is anchored by a floating cantilevered bed flanked by rose gold and walnut burl side tables, complemented by a digitally printed leather headboard and sophisticated black suspension lamps. A notable feature is the vertical acrylic screen with copper links that serves as a focal point where the geometric patterns converge. The suite incorporates extensive use of Pietra dura, a traditional inlay technique executed by skilled artisans, particularly evident in the 1.5x2.7-meter sliding wardrobe shutters adorned with hand-cut mother of pearl shell overlays. The bathroom area features a state-of-the-art body spa, hand-painted glass tiles, and a permanent geometric shower mat that ensures both safety and aesthetic continuity. This innovative design, which was completed in six months in Mumbai, India, earned recognition with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrating excellence in spatial planning, material selection, and artistic vision.
