Zoina Joy Town Sales Office
Zoina Joy Town Sales Office is an exemplary architectural interior design project completed in 2020, situated in Urumqi, the capital of Xinjiang, at the intersection of Henan Road and Changsha Road. This sophisticated 3000-square-meter commercial space masterfully integrates local cultural elements with contemporary design sensibilities, drawing inspiration from natural landmarks such as Tianshan Tianchi and the Silk Road heritage. The design, led by Chunlei Sun alongside a talented team of professionals, features a striking circular pool entrance that mirrors the charm of Tianchi, complemented by fish-shaped pendant elements that create a harmonious natural atmosphere. The interior composition demonstrates exceptional material selection, incorporating marble, wood veneer, stainless steel, leather, and premium wall coverings, while the thoughtful implementation of metal lines against earth-toned stone backgrounds establishes a sense of stability and refinement. The space is distinguished by its innovative lighting design, featuring strip-shaped transparent fixtures that evoke ice crystals, creating a dynamic interplay with vertical metal elements that achieves perfect balance between horizontal and vertical planes. This award-winning project, recognized with a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, exemplifies excellence in commercial interior design through its seamless blend of cultural references, modern aesthetics, and functional sophistication, offering visitors a compelling environment that combines professional elegance with artistic sensibility.
