Yuzhou Langham Sales Center
Yuzhou Langham Sales Center is an innovative architectural interior design project that exemplifies the harmonious fusion of contemporary art and oriental aesthetics, situated in Foshan City, China. This 760-square-meter space, designed by Yu Chao and Guanghui Zeng, represents a sophisticated reinterpretation of traditional Chinese courtyard architecture, transformed into a half-open space with distinctive verandas. Drawing inspiration from the concept of a jewelry box, the design incorporates surrealistic interactive art installations that encourage visitors to engage with and interpret rational and subconscious elements within the space. The center's material palette features premium elements including Irish green stone, tri-colored ceramic tiles, and khaki paint board, creating an elegant atmosphere that pays homage to oriental aesthetic principles. The design employs innovative spatial division techniques, utilizing metal grid screens to maintain transparency while defining distinct areas, complemented by thoughtfully positioned wall lights that reshape spatial sequences. Each area within the center is crafted to create memorable experiences while maintaining seamless integration with adjacent spaces. The project, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates exceptional achievement in combining functional layout design with aesthetic appeal. The sales center serves as a sophisticated platform for presenting new construction projects to potential buyers, offering an immersive environment that effectively communicates architectural vision and development plans.
