Created by Japanese designer Naoya Matsumoto in collaboration with students from Seian University of Arts and Design, this remarkable structure employs a systematic arrangement of six reed panels to form a traditional gabled roof stall, showcasing an ingenious approach to temporary architecture. The design, which earned the prestigious Platinum A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, demonstrates exceptional spatial innovation through its use of locally sourced natural fibers from Biwako, Shiga.
