Yincheng Inc Center Office Office Guide
Yincheng Inc Center Office Office Guide is an innovative wayfinding and environmental graphics system designed for a premium office complex located on the banks of Baijia Lake in Nanjing, China. Created in 2020 by designer Miao Jin Tang, this sophisticated signage solution masterfully integrates architectural elements with visual communication design, employing a minimalist aesthetic that features clean geometric lines and a refined material palette. The system's design language is characterized by its use of black vertical lines that harmoniously echo the building's striped exterior facade, while incorporating both veneer-type and void-type signage elements finished in black, white, and antique copper finishes to convey a sense of understated luxury. The technical specifications include precision-crafted stainless steel components with baked paint finish, measuring 1500x50x20mm with milled grooves for enhanced dimensional detail. The design philosophy emphasizes functionality through reductive design principles, deliberately minimizing superfluous elements to maintain clarity and purpose. This comprehensive wayfinding system serves multiple business environments and caters to both enterprise clients and white-collar professionals, effectively guiding users through various office scenarios while maintaining visual consistency. The project, which won an Iron A' Design Award in the Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design category in 2021, demonstrates exceptional integration of brand strategy with environmental experience, showcasing how thoughtful design can enhance spatial navigation while contributing to the overall architectural narrative.
