Yin Lai Zuo Leisure Club

Yin Lai Zuo Leisure Club

Yin Lai Zuo Leisure Club is an innovative private leisure establishment that exemplifies sophisticated interior architecture and thoughtful spatial design, distinguished by its dual-level configuration within a 170-square-meter space. This meticulously crafted venue represents a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetic refinement, featuring diverse atmospheric zones including leisure areas, meeting rooms, and dedicated drinking spaces. The architectural design demonstrates exceptional spatial optimization through its innovative two-storey Loft arrangement, incorporating a striking custom-made staircase with tempered glass handrails enhanced by concealed lighting elements. A distinctive feature of the space is its integration of natural elements, notably exemplified by a mini rectangular fish pond positioned beneath the staircase, which serves both aesthetic and practical purposes by naturally regulating temperature and humidity levels. The design showcases advanced technical solutions, particularly in the sophisticated concealment of electrical and ventilation systems, with careful consideration given to floor height and thickness constraints. The project, which earned a Bronze A' Design Award in Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design, is notable for its successful transformation of a standard retail space into an exclusive private club, overcoming significant structural challenges including the original 4.8-meter ceiling height and external wall waterproofing requirements. The interior design philosophy emphasizes privacy and exclusivity while maintaining a comfortable, multifunctional environment that facilitates various social activities from tea drinking to mahjong playing, all within a thoughtfully climate-controlled setting that prioritizes energy efficiency through strategic lighting solutions and natural environmental regulation.
