Yida Creation City Exhibition Center
Yida Creation City Exhibition Center is a groundbreaking architectural masterpiece that exemplifies the fusion of contemporary design and technological innovation in modern exhibition spaces. Located in Zhengzhou, Henan, this remarkable structure, completed in 2020, spans an impressive total construction area of 141,602 square meters and features a distinctive floating form wrapped in milky white translucent U-shaped glass. The building's design concept, inspired by floating polysilicon, presents a powerful polyhedron form that symbolizes the information technology industry's progressive nature. The structure's three-level composition serves multiple functions: the ground floor houses urban exhibition spaces and reception areas with extensive glass curtain walls that seamlessly integrate indoor and outdoor landscapes; the second floor accommodates conference and roadshow spaces; while the third floor features innovative joint office spaces. The architectural design, recognized with a Silver A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building and Structure Design category, masterfully incorporates sustainable elements and creates a dialogue between built form and natural environment. Its matte stainless steel ceiling on the first floor interacts with the landscape water system below, creating a compelling visual interplay that enhances the overall aesthetic experience. The exhibition center's floating volume connects the central park with the civic urban park, forming an integrated park system that reflects the future-oriented values of the area through its white jade-like appearance. This architectural achievement stands as a testament to innovative design principles, combining functional efficiency with aesthetic excellence while serving as a vital hub for technological innovation and corporate interaction.
