This groundbreaking appliance, designed by Yang Jinyun and Zhao Hongchuan, incorporates four primary modules: raw materials weighing, automatic dispensing, cooking functionality, and an integrated ventilation system. The robot's distinctive design, inspired by the natural rhythm of sunrise and sunset, enables the preparation of diverse culinary styles including stir-frying and stewing, with the capacity to handle at least eight liquid and five powdered seasonings through programmable self-pumping mechanisms. Constructed with premium stainless steel featuring bent and brushed surfaces for enhanced durability and ease of maintenance, the robot showcases meticulous attention to detail with its die-cast aluminum alloy rotary knob, finished with eight-gun ceramic sandblasting and anodizing for superior tactile feedback. The interface includes an electronic scale module with AG frosted glass and laser-engraved metal nameplate, embodying both functionality and aesthetic refinement. With dimensions of 542.5mm width, 790.2mm depth, and 528.1mm height, its compact design allows multiple units to operate simultaneously in traditional commercial kitchens, enabling single-operator preparation of complete family meals. The development process, spanning from January 2021 to March 2022, involved extensive research across 114 restaurants, incorporating advanced sensory technology such as e-tongue and e-nose systems to quantify the relationship between heating, seasoning, and flavor profiles. This innovative approach to cooking automation earned recognition with a Silver A' Design Award in the Home Appliances Design category, acknowledging its contribution to standardizing Chinese cuisine preparation while offering smarter, faster, and safer cooking experiences.
