Winnovation Landscapes is an innovative landscape architecture project that exemplifies the harmonious integration of Eastern cultural garden aesthetics with modern ecological design principles. Completed in December 2020 in Taichung, Taiwan, this 1,500-square-meter development, designed by Fu-Chu Hsu, masterfully balances spatial organization with environmental consciousness through its distinctive axis-based layout. The design's cornerstone feature is a belt ecological pond system that traverses the site from east to west, creating a sophisticated aquatic ecosystem that serves both aesthetic and functional purposes. The project's thoughtful incorporation of multilevel plantings and indigenous vegetation demonstrates a profound understanding of sustainable landscape design, while its integration with the surrounding environment, including the nearby Dali River and ecopark, creates a seamless ecological corridor. Notable design elements include strategically placed deciduous trees, dense foliage, and artistic elements such as a galloping horse statue that complements the serene greenery. The project's innovative approach to spatial planning incorporates capacious windows that forge visual connections between interior and exterior spaces, while the ecological pond system serves as both a temperature regulation mechanism and a cultural narrative element.
