Winner Forum Office Building
Winner Forum Office building is an exemplary architectural achievement that embodies precision, sustainability, and innovative design principles. Completed in July 2014 after an 18-month construction period, this sophisticated office structure showcases a distinctive facade system featuring fibreglass-reinforced concrete in liquid black ferro light, applied in a deliberate wild pattern that creates a unique scaly skin appearance across the building's exterior. The structure, designed by Martin Schrodt, demonstrates a thoughtful retreat from the streetscape, establishing its presence through sharp contours and emphasized vertical lines. With dimensions of 27,480 mm width, 13,980 mm depth, and 12,620 mm height, encompassing a gross floor area of 1,150 square meters, the building harmoniously integrates advanced technological features with aesthetic excellence. Notable elements include the Indiana Copper-colored Alucobond sky boxes and entrance portal, which create a deliberate juxtaposition against the main structure. The building's sophisticated LED lighting system, utilizing SPINAled with 3000 K light color and remote operation capabilities, creates an atmosphere of disordered calm through its irregular arrangement in training rooms and foyer areas. This architectural masterpiece, recognized with the Golden A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building and Structure Design category in 2017, exemplifies the pinnacle of contemporary office building design through its focus on energy efficiency, durability, low maintenance requirements, and timeless aesthetic appeal.
