Win The Future Free-Range Egg Gift Box

Win The Future Free-Range Egg Gift Box

Win the Future Free-Range Egg Gift Box is an innovative sustainable packaging design that transforms conventional egg packaging into an environmentally conscious gift presentation solution. Designed by Chien-Cheng Liu, this revolutionary packaging concept integrates Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles throughout its entire production process, from printing to final assembly. The design, which earned a Silver A' Design Award in the Packaging Design category, features dimensions of 200mm x 200mm x 70mm and employs groundbreaking material technology that combines eggshell waste with recycled paper pulp, creating a unique composite material comprising approximately 85% recycled pulp and 15% eggshell powder. This innovative approach results in a significant environmental impact, reducing carbon emissions by 495.9 kilograms per ton compared to traditional recycled paper products. The design's commitment to sustainability extends to its printing process, utilizing soy-based inks and avoiding repetitive hot stamping techniques to enhance recyclability. The gift box's sophisticated design elevates ordinary free-range eggs into meaningful presents that embody sustainable values while maintaining exceptional durability and texture, demonstrating how innovative design thinking can transform waste materials into high-value products while addressing contemporary environmental challenges.
