White Shoal Sales Center

White Shoal Sales Center is an innovative architectural interior space project spanning 1,400 square meters, distinguished by its avant-garde approach to spatial design and experiential retail concepts. Located in Wuchang District, Wuhan City, this revolutionary sales center challenges traditional spatial paradigms through its sophisticated implementation of three-dimensional design elements and free-tilting architectural features. The space is characterized by its distinctive staggered non-floc floor arrangement, creating dynamic rhythmic visual effects that generate a powerful and dramatically artistic atmosphere. Completed in January 2017, the center employs a minimalist aesthetic achieved through highly plastic cement construction, incorporating 190 specifications of clear cement board to form sculptural walls that embody both continuity and unity. The material palette, comprising snow white surfaces, wood finishes, and terrazzo, works in harmony to create a sophisticated contemporary environment. The design philosophy centers on creating intentional perceptual contradictions that stimulate visitors' cognitive responses and self-discovery processes. This approach is further enhanced by the integration of leisure and interactive spaces that facilitate dialogue between visitors and their environment. The project, which earned a Golden A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category, exemplifies excellence in spatial innovation through its careful consideration of material selection, lighting design, and functional layout. The design team, led by Ming Leung and Golden Ho, successfully created an environment that challenges conventional retail space paradigms while maintaining a strong focus on user experience and artistic expression.
