Through innovative communication methods, including cartoons depicting everyday situations, memes, and adapted popular songs, the strategy effectively conveys sensitive messages about workplace behavior. The implementation infrastructure includes printed and digital materials, animated videos, infographics, and a sophisticated web application that generates customized protocols for more than 55 contractor companies. This holistic approach emphasizes confidentiality, efficiency, justice, and accessibility, incorporating restorative justice principles and engaging multiple stakeholders through participatory processes. The strategy's impact extends to over 19,000 employees, directly affecting 8,000 National Union Employees and contractors, demonstrating its significant scale and potential for systemic change. The initiative's success is evidenced by increased trust in the process and positive case resolutions achieved through collaboration between management and union representatives, establishing a new standard for harassment prevention in industrial settings.
