Weilaiyue Residential

Weilaiyue Residential

Weilaiyue Residential is a distinguished residential interior design project that masterfully combines Italian luxury aesthetics with modernist principles, exemplifying sophisticated urban living spaces. Completed in mid-June 2019 in Shenyang, China, this innovative residential project showcases a harmonious fusion of Renaissance-inspired architecture and contemporary design elements. The living space features a distinctive blue-themed living room that creates a dreamlike atmosphere while paying homage to Renaissance architectural principles, enabling residents to experience a contemporary romantic lifestyle. The dining area demonstrates exceptional material articulation, employing varying shades and textures to establish a classic yet modern ambiance that reflects refined living and artistic sensibility. The project's parent's room exhibits particular attention to color psychology, utilizing a sophisticated palette of caramel, beige, and gray tones in different brightness levels to create a timeless aesthetic appeal. The design's excellence is evident in its thoughtful integration of premium materials including stone, marble, metal, wood, and carefully selected textiles, all of which contribute to creating textured spaces that celebrate the art of living. This exceptional residential project, which earned the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design category in 2020, successfully overcomes the challenge of harmonizing Italian luxury vintage elements with modernist design principles, resulting in spaces that define the art and elegance of contemporary urban elite living.
